       Esse filme nos conta a a história de uma adolescente que tem vida ativa como jogadora de tênis. Ela participa de campeonatos representando a escola. Seu treinador está sob suspeita de ser responsável pelo de outra atleta da escola.  Esse fato a atinge emocionalmente. O relacionamento entre ela e seu treinador é muito próximo. Claramente intimo. O silêncio de Julie que não quer depor a favor do ex- treinador demonstra o quão difícil pra ela foi o relacionamento deles. A adolescente tende a se culpar pelos atos impróprios de quem a assedia. E por isso quando a situação eclode , é vivida como um trauma . E traumas são irreversíveis.  Nessa época de relacionamentos virtuais a preocupação dos pais voltou-se para relações com desconhecidos e esquecemos que aqueles que convivem com os adolescente , na verdade, são os que tem maior chance de causar danos a sua integridade física e mental.  Pois, desfrutam da confiança dos familiares e amigos.  

      Penso que apesar da dinâmica das famílias atuais terem mudado, muito se espera das famílias que tem muitas vezes só um membro a tomar conta e orientar.  Por outro lado os meios da mídia estão sempre presentes na vida dos adolescentes, atualmente. E, acabam por formar os valores éticos através  de uma estética destorcida. Por exemplo beleza é sinônimo de magreza ,altura  e cabelos lisos e pele clara. Valores da cultura de dominação masculina também é passada e as mulheres acabam por serem responsabilizadas pelo assédio. Mesmo que seja de forma sub-liminar o discurso patriarcal é o que prepondera e o corpo feminino é entendido pelas adolescentes  como um produto. O Bullying é a consequência das que o corpo não se enquadra desses parâmetros, fazendo a miúda sentir-se inadequada e isolada. A vergonha é a expressão da culpa. Por outro lado as que conseguem se sentirem nos  conformes  se supervalorizam e podem ver a si mesmas como um produto à venda. A superficialidade muitas vezes as afasta do desenvolvimento de habilidades e conhecimento predispondo-as à depressão. Os rapazes ,por sua vez , precisam ser sempre vencedores. 

   Quando os valores éticos não estão estabelecidos e não se consegue formar os próprios conceitos, a tendência é se apoiar nos esteriótipos dados pelo líder de grupos ou dito influencers, que movidos por interesses próprios , transformam esses esteriótipos em  verdades.  E as diferenças raciais, sexuais, de classes, etc passam a ser motivo para discriminações e desejo de eliminar o outro.

      Daí, penso que seria muito importante, para a formação do futuro adulto, promover   desde os 11 anos , na escola, estudos relacionados a ética e ao bem estar comum.  O pensar parece natural mas requer esforço e não é atrativo. Especialmente os adolescentes estão mais interessados em curtir festas e encontros movidos pela eclosão hormonal7. Mas como pensar é  o único recurso que temos, já  que os instintos que protegem outros animais não nos pertencem, precisamos incentivar e apresentar pensamentos para que possam crescer apoiados em princípios fundamentados.

 Para que as miúdas entendam que há uma “  cultura dita do estupro”, onde a dominação masculina veio sendo construída por séculos e que o assédio não é culpa da saia delas. .          Enfim, que o que constitui a dignidade de cada indivíduo está dentro dele, do auto respeito e respeito ao outro e não em sua aparência nem em suas posses. A ideia do vencedor e perdedor está baseada na competição, na ganância e no egoísmo. O adversário é o inimigo a ser abatido. São esses os valores que a mídia ensina . O mundo é do vencedor. Isso é uma ideologia de guerra.  

       Os filmes escolhidos pela crítica do Parlamento europeu abordam questões éticas que são de suma importância na formação das gerações por isso meus parabéns a todos os realizadores e criticos.

This movie tells the story of a teenage girl who has an active life as a tennis player. She participates in championships representing her school. Her coach is under suspicion of being responsible for the murder of another athlete at the school.  This affects her emotionally. The relationship between her and her coach is very close. Clearly intimate. Julie's silence when she doesn't want to testify in favor of her former coach shows how difficult their relationship was for her. The teenager tends to blame herself for the inappropriate actions of those who harass her. And so when the situation erupts, it is experienced as a trauma. And trauma is irreversible.  In this age of virtual relationships, parents' concern has turned to relationships with strangers and we forget that those who live with teenagers are actually the ones who have the greatest chance of damaging their physical and mental integrity.  They enjoy the trust of their family and friends.  

      I think that although the dynamics of today's families have changed, a lot is expected of families that often have only one member to look after and guide.  On the other hand, the media are always present in the lives of teenagers today. And they end up shaping ethical values through distorted aesthetics. For example, beauty is synonymous with thinness, height, straight hair and fair skin. Values from the culture of male domination are also passed on and women end up being blamed for the harassment. The patriarchal discourse prevails, even in a sub-liminal way, and the female body is understood by adolescents as a product. Bullying is the consequence of the fact that the body does not fit these parameters, making the girl feel inadequate and isolated. Shame is the expression of guilt. On the other hand, those who manage to feel they fit in overvalue themselves and can see themselves as a product for sale. Superficiality often keeps them from developing skills and knowledge, predisposing them to depression. Boys, on the other hand, always need to be winners. 

   When ethical values aren't established and they can't form their own concepts, the tendency is to rely on stereotypes given by group leaders or so-called influencers, who, driven by their own interests, turn these stereotypes into truths.  And racial, sexual, class, etc. differences become grounds for discrimination and the desire to eliminate the other.

      That's why I think it would be very important, for the formation of future adults, to promote studies related to ethics and the common good from the age of 11 at school.  Thinking seems natural, but it requires effort and is not attractive. Teenagers in particular are more interested in partying and dating, driven by hormonal outbursts. But as thinking is the only resource we have, since the instincts that protect other animals don't belong to us, we need to encourage and present thoughts so that they can grow up supported by well-founded principles.

 So that girls understand that there is a “so-called rape culture”, where male domination has been built up for centuries, and that harassment is not the fault of their skirt.          In short, that what constitutes the dignity of each individual lies within them, in their self-respect and respect for others and not in their appearance or their possessions. The idea of winners and losers is based on competition, greed and selfishness. The opponent is the enemy to be slaughtered. These are the values that the media teaches. It's a winner's world. This is an ideology of war.  

       The films chosen by the European Parliament's critics address ethical issues that are of the utmost importance in shaping generations, so congratulations to all the directors and critics.
